Kool Aid Man
It’s highlighted for you in the table below. The Spurs are the lone carriers of these utterly shameful marks, similar to the European Black Death during the middle ages. The Celts also contributed (albeit once) to super extremely low ratings. Spurs and their rabid fan base should be impaled to the tree of woe...
My ST friends… hear me out….after looking at metrics it’s painfully obvious and absolutely imperative for the sake and integrity of the game itself that the San Antonio Spurs get nowhere near the NBA finals. The Spurs would be a catastrophic and monetary disaster of epic proportions for the league… David Stern and the Owners would self-destruct no hyperbole….
the Spurs consistent piss poor ratings cuts at the very heart of the league and sends out a strong anti-NBA message.
I’m in no way trying to be controversial but it’s crystal clear that no one outside of SA wants to see them play beyond the regular season. Not even their peers.1%
I do think that Stern realizes this and he gets it… The Spurs playing well in the regular season is a good thing because it galvanizes / excites the local rabid fan base and keeps a decent revenue stream flowing. However, when the stakes are much higher (playoffs), I think Stern should give the EDICT from up above to ensure the Spurs have an early exit just like last year.
Yes for the sake of the league…if the Spurs refuse to do the honorable thing and bow out gracefully then I’m openly advocating collusion and cheating against them during the playoffs…
The Lakers will take care of the Spurs but the point is to increase the ratings for the real windfall profits ( LA vs Boston), by essentially giving Kobe more rest and shortening the series against the Spurs as needed.
Absolutely nothing personal at all but this should be done on the basis of a sound and robust business case / model. (I’m sure at least Tony Parker would support this concept)
The Spurs might fit the image of good ole’ boys but in these hard economic times …David Stern just gotta do what David Stern gotta do…he has my full support…
A 6.2 Rating Literally The Worse In NBA History:

Kool Aid Man
The thread was worth for no other reason that VBM video. That GD thing is so in' hot. 3 years ago when Katie-girl got home from work I'd a hammered her like trout meat after watchin' that all afternoon.
It's the NBA's own damn fault... they never hype the spurs and then get what they deserve when we are the only team left standing.
But honestly what do you care? If the Spurs are on prime time in June it just gives you the opportunity to catch up on Glee.
Such a broad range in interests from you kool. From Nelson ratings to a eerily, over interest in pedaphillia. Whats next, a how to book on how to fix a leaky blowup doll?
So, Koolaid gets owned on every single thread he participates, and he comes with this? Seriously.
HAHAHA! Seriously, one just has to quote the noob.Yes for the sake of the league…if the Spurs refuse to do the honorable thing and bow out gracefully then I’m openly advocating collusion and cheating against them during the playoffs…
I could talk the old lady into mimicking that video, but, it would be an ordeal. She'd have to shop for the panties for a week. When she was finished she'd have 20 pairs of assorted panties, but, nary a one like the above pair. + she'd have half an entire new wardrobe and two sets of plush towels for the bathrooms. Then she'd have to wash the pillow so her precious snatch wouldn't be bothered by duck down. Then she'd disinfect me, brush my teeth and make me promise to go for a walk with her afterward. Then she'd turn off all the lights and I could watch.
, upon retrospect aside from the walk it ain't a half bad scenario.
I actually think it's interesting that the Spurs-Knicks finals had more viewers than last season's Lakers-Boston finals. Really shows why the league is desperate to build a compe ive team in NY.
The Spurs have won, but are hands down the most dull and boring team to watch in all of professional sports as well as college.
Who cares about what you think? You have a nice sig, and I forgive you because of it.

This is why your team sucks.
While world wide they reached 105 million viewers in 2005 finals with Detroit it is estimated that the 2007 finals, while recieving poor ratings in the United States, was seen by 150 million viewers, the largest ever for an NBA finals through more than 250 international media from 23 countries and territories will converge in San Antonio and Cleveland.
The all time high of 200 million viewers for an NBA game remains, however, a regular season game that featured Yao Ming vs. Yi Jianlian in 2007.
I took a female companion with an unclipped surprise under her skirt to game 2 and let me tell you not even the ratings could bring me down.
Cool troll thread. Glad I don't know what it is about because all yall ers are ignored. Carry on...![]()
You best hope I don't find that link that says:" Tim Duncan Admits He's ."
I've been looking high and low scouring the net for that ...![]()
The epitomy of pathetic. Whatta got..![]()
This thread is pretty stupid. I mean most NBA fans already know this but don't really give a . The NBA doesn't give a too. The NBA is not a highly watched sport. Even with Jordan, the ratings were not spectacular. The highest rated Jordan's Finals does not even come close to the ratings that the last episode of Friends got. True story. When Stern and his minions brag about any type of Finals ratings increase, it's laughable. It's laughable because the Spurs and other certain teams dragged the ratings so down that when a team like the Celtics or Lakers are in the Finals, any increase will be praised because the ratings were low in the first place. I hate the Spurs and wish nothing but the worst for them but they're a great team and have performed excellent in the Finals. However, the national media does not give a about them or San Antonio. I know it's mean but it's the truth. The national media historically es over NY and LA.
Stopped reading right there...
