Mavs needed this game more. They were due for a big performance. Lakers seem to be content with the number two seed.

I had a feeling the Mavs would come out and go ape- . Of course it didn't happen right away..but in the 3rd and 4th..they hit everything..majority anyway. I can't figure out this Laker team though..maybe its lack of energy/lack of focus/ or maybe its because they don't care? I know there is still time left..but this team is nothing like the 08-09 and 09-10 Lakers. Sad times.

it was a trap game. they were on a 6 game losing streak, and were really good early in the year.

they have beaten some really good teams too, spurs, celtics, heat twice, utah, orlando, n.o., lakers, etc.

butler was a big loss but i will assure you they are still a good team, just been in a bad funk lately.
