If Phil Jackson ends up in LA, I'm sure the odds adjust down somewhat.
The oddsmakers are obviously looking at the core group of the Spurs nailed down to longer term deals.

Gotta watch out though on those odds. I had a friend that put $500 on the Rams the year the won their first Super Bowl. The odds where like 200:1, didn't believe him till he showed me the stub.
