It does look like some kind of a custom job. It could've been something that she handed to someone to "bedazzle" for her. It has a NBA logo on it, so it obviously came from the NBA originally.

It looks like it's one of the Silver Saturdays jerseys from last year and then she just customized it. You could probably easily do the same.
Go to www.1made.com and tell them what you want and they'll put it together for you. They do some tight custom work and you can pretty much get whatever you want on a jersey. Hope that helps.
Yeah that is a custom jersey, you can go to some places where they make custom jerseys.

You can buy the silver saturday jersey and go to Michaels and get a rhinestone stud kit and do it youself a lot cheaper than buying one custom done...
