That's just stupid. It would be a lot better if you just shouted the player's name, plain and simple. Not every player is the MVP, only Tim, and to shout MVP to every single player just diminishes the importance for when they shout it at Tim.
If you go to any spurs games this postseason lets give all our players the shout they deserve. Timmy is the big time MVP, but how awesome would it be EVERY TIME ANY SPUR went to the line if the ENTIRE crowd shouted that players name?
If you go to any spurs postseason games, shout out the players name any time a SPUR gets to the line and let's build some huge confidence! What an awesome gesture that would be.

You know, I agree. MVP should solely be for Duncan. Shouting their name would be great.
^ agreed 100% MVP stands for Most Valuable Player so it doesn't work for Tony Massenburg.
