I don't know. Joe Johnson is becoming a very big problem for the Spurs. He absolutely torched the Spurs.

I think Duncan was pretty bad and that was because of his FT shooting. Every game he shoots horribly, he usually has a very bad 4th quarter and loses. I think FTs are really getting the best of Duncan. His defense was half-hearted, his offense struggled, just his overall game struggled.

The Suns always wondered "what if Joe Johnson played the 1st 2 games?". Well, now that Joe is back, I think the Suns confidence is sky high.

I highly doubt we win the next game in Phoenix, and who knows...maybe Game 6 will turn out to be like 0.4 seconds.

Pop was right. Every game will get harder and harder and now that they got a guy who just absolutely pooped on the Spurs defense, well the Suns have got to be riding high.

Great...just what we need, a #1 seed gaining more and more confidence.

I never thought the Spurs would lose a series up 0-3, but I also didn't think the Lakers would come back and I certainly didn't think Fisher could shoot the winning shot at 0.4 seconds.

Forget .4 game. San Antonio has control of this series. Phoenix doesn't dominate at home as much as most top teams. I still think if San Antonio wants to win it all they can't be too rusty for Miami/Detroit. San Antonio already proved they can win in Phoenix and can do it again.

I would be more relaxed if the refs did not control the outcome of every game..and if Stern or whoever tell them to decide the outcome by calls then I will not sleep well until the Spurs win the le...and do me a favor San Antonio..even though Amare and Joe Johnson played with supreme confidence tonite..DONT LET EITHER OF THESE TWO GUYS WITH A COMBINED IQ OF 100 BEAT U AGAIN!!!

The spurs didn't play a good game and the refs were bad. I don't expect that in every game.

That's my only consolation as well. I had the Spurs in 5 on my vBookie too. But, I'd rather Tim had hit his free throws (at least half of them!) and we'd have won.

Perhaps the first 3 victories came to fast in a way everybody is still mentally adjusting to the scenario. Credits to the young Suns who didn't quit. However, the playoff experience of the Spurs (including the so many examples of failure) should carry them through. 6 games at most, but 5 games more likely.

Yeah, I'm looking at it as we're lucky Duncan made all his free throws in Game 3 or it would be 2-2.

This loss all comes down to Duncan. He was missing his FTs early, tried to shoot himself back into his game, kept missing them, so when the Suns double teamed him he didn't have confidence to fight them and go in strong - because he didn't want to keep getting fouled and keep missing them.

But historically, whenever Duncan has a lousy game, he comes back with a monster game in the next game. I expect him to explode in Game 5, gimpy ankles and all, and to carry the Spurs to the finals.

I was all doom and gloom right after the game but after calming down and coming to my senses, we still have a MASSIVE 3-1 lead. Tim Duncan does not have 2 bad games back to back and I'm expecting a big game out of him. This series ends on Wednesday es.

I love coming back from the GTG and seeing all the doom and gloom posts.

Most people picked the Spurs in 6 or 7. I think we got ourselves all hyped up for a sweep because we went up 3-0. If we just remember back to our thoughts before the series started, we're right where we thought we'd be. The Spurs simply didn't look that great tonight, but we only lost by 5. You know they are all kinds of pissed off right now and will play much better on Wednesday.
