totatlly agree. its only readable for me on the mobile site where its been left untouched. i dont even bother visiting them anymore.
It's been a while, and I still absolutely hate it. It's broken facebook sharing, and google reader even acts funky most of the time. I love io9, jalopnik, and used to be a gizmodo fan but the new design is utter and unreadable. I removed gizmodo from google reader in favor of Engadget, which is admittedly better written (actually, gawker has gone down the toilet in general as far as writing too outside of io9), and isn't actively pissing off their reading base. Judging from nearly every comment, I am not the only one. Why do they insist this style is the future? /end rant.
Anyone else agree?

Utter . I go to the blog addresses. Which are still utter , but not as much.
example:
http://blog.kotaku.com/
http://kotaku.com/
I don't know wtf they were thinking though. Ridiculous.
