So, where do you all usually purchase your tickets from and I was looking around and only sections in the 200's seem to be available!

I really have no idea. I live in Ft. Worth and don't get to go to the games in SA. Good luck though. Try to get the best view possible.

Is there a website where I can get a fans view from that area? (I know how the AT&t seating chart looks like; but that doesnt tell me anything as far as fan perspective.)

I've had great success with Stubhub. The games against the Lakers, Heat, and Celtics are going to be expensive, but there are lower level tickets available for less than face value for the other 11 remaining home games:
