Afflalo is great, but he's not a legit #2 option. That's what we hope Roddy can be, and that should set the parameters for any trade proposed.

I just don't see the Mavs being able to pull this off. Butler's expiring is attractive, but I'm reasonably sure Denver wants no part of Haywood's or Marion's ridiculous contracts and they will probably want talent (most likely, Beaubois) and picks in return (Nets and Knicks' picks are more appealing).
