    The expectations are no doubt higher at the present moment, but coming into the year that would've been a satisfying proposition for most Spurs fans.

    If they fall to their nemesis again (in the WCF), will you consider this season a success or failure?

    Considering this might be the last real chance to grab a Championship it would disappointing.........but not devastating. (to me) I've enjoyed this season game by game.

    Well obviously, you don't know the Spurs. It is only a successful season if they earn a championship. They are not the mavs who celebrate beating the Spurs as if it were their championship. Your question seems "trollish."

    Bingo!!! Who says that's a foregone conclusion just like the experts pencilling a lakers-celtics rematch thi year?

    Spurs having/maintaining the best record does not = championship.

    Anything can happen-Spurs may not make it that far.
