With the victory over the Cavs putting the Spurs at 50 wins for the season, they tie the record for consecutive 50 win seasons at 12. Without the 50-game lockout season during 1998-1999 (which by percentage would have been 60 wins) the Spurs streak of 50-win season could have been extended to 14 seasons...two more than any other team in NBA history.
