Spurs went over 100 pts all 5 games in this series, making it 5 straight games in triple digits.

Has this happened since the Iceman days?

I can not remember this happening since the 80's.

    Anyone, anyone?

And to quote Tim Leghler on the Spurs and Pistons "Both have okay offense."

Spurs were over 100 for 6 straight games in the 1990 West Semis (Games 2-7)

    Game 2: SA 112, PRT 122
    Game 3: SA 121, PRT 98
    Game 4: SA 115, PRT 105
    Game 5: SA 132, PRT 138
    Game 6: SA 112, PRT 97
    Game 7: SA 105, PRT 108

Technically, they were over 100 for 7 straight, too, because they scored 130 in Game 1 of their 1991 series with Golden State.

Spurs were also over 100 from the First Round of 1988 (3 games), through the First Round of 1990 (3 games).

And yes, before that, the longest string was in the Iceman years -- in 1982, the Spurs were over 100 in their last 4 games, in 1983, the Spurs played 11 playoff games and were over 100 in all of them, and in 1985, the Spurs were over 100 in their first 4 playoff games (19 straight over 100; and they were at 99 in their last game in 1985).

Thanks for the research. I guess it is more memorable when we win the series, huh?
