I think he's monotone, tends to agree too much with whatever is said as a lead in, and shows no depth. I think he could be better than he is, but ESPN has made him a watered-down commentator for the masses, not an actual or effective analysis.

good point. But IMO Mullin trying to be too nice.

I remember one time the announcer was so bad, he er up the lines, even the teams and the score. and Mullin was nice but had a look like "what the ?"

IMO Mullin and Bowen are true knowledgeable ppl
