After watching Roy and Wallace smoke the heat coming off the bench, it got me thinking, are the Blazers the deepest team out there?

    Aldridge
    Roy
    Wallace
    Miller
    Camby
    Batum
    Mathews

Even their bench warmers like Patty Mills and Rudy Fernandez do their bit.

    Thoughts?

The Blazers definitely qualify for deepest in the league. Other teams in the West who qualify:

    Mavs Bench:

    Jason Terry
    Deshawn Stevenson
    JJ Barea
    Shawn Marion
    Brendan Haywood
    Corey Brewer

    Suns Bench:

    Aaron Brooks
    Jared Dudley
    Mickael Pietrus
    Hakim Warrick
Marcin Gortat (leads league in double-doubles off bench)
    Josh Childress

Hill sucks ass at PG. Parker had to rush back from injury because Hill sucks so bad at PG, to keep from losing their #1 seed.

    Neal blows.

How many sidelined players due to injuries have the Blazers had this season? And how many KEY players? And still, they are tied for 5th... in the friggin' west.

    That kinda answers your question.

Sure, but being "deep" is one of the most overrated things in the NBA. Playoff games aren't decided by which team has the better 9th man.
