Read on another forum that the Spurs have lost 5 in a row for the first time in 14yrs?
Is that true? I find it hard to believe considering the kind of season we had last season. Anyway records are made to be broken.
True. And its pretty sad considering the sheer stupidity of the loss at Portland. Or the blown 8 point fourth quarter lead at home to Portland, even without four key players. Still, it gets thrown in the irrelevant pile because Duncan sat four of those games and Manu missed most of another, besides the Big Three missing all of the Portland home game. If the Spurs lose tonight at Houston, then I'll probably be officially prepared for a disappointing finish.
spurs lost 6 straight in 96 i believe.....since then spurs never lost 5 straight....streak is still not broken unless spurs lose to the rockets tonight....then that will be 6 straight and ties the old streak....
