    This is an old story, but bears repeating from time-to-time because it shows the true being, the very heart of Kool:::in the immediate aftermath of our victory vs. the Celtics last June 17th, myself and our Lakers Brothers came to this Forum with heads bowed in something resembling a shuffling gait of humility, near apologetic. It was a mass hysteria of sorts. Inexplicable to this day.

    One Brother though did not suffer this malady. He came in, saw us, took us in total by the scruff of our necks and together we rejoiced in open joy & brotherhood. We broke balls, called ass, stomped some mudholes.

    In many ways it harkened back to that Boston series 25 years prior when another Laker Brother, Magic Johnson took his charges, his frightened & s shocked Lakers Bros. and led them, led all of us out of the blackness and into the light where we've dwelled ever since.
