    22 percent of whatever the IRS collects can make a few people turn on their employer.

    I have to agree with that. Whistleblower sounds sleezy but this is a good program and we all know some of the BS that goes on behind close doors.

    I disagree, but can understand that some people may think this word has a negative connotation. Cheaters, however, are sleazy.

    To me when they, school, news organizations described a whistleblower, alot of cases they made them sound like a snitch. But by the defination alone I can't say it's a sleazy thing.
