As big of a stat geek as Pop is, you would think he'd figure out this is a combo to have on the court together.
This combo actually worked well in the game.
Memphis missed nine shots in a row. That's the only reason this combo appeared to 'work well'. What you obviously missed is that every one of those looks were wide open.
And at the other end you had Blair with three hustle plays/rebounds/layups. Otherwise it would have been an unmitigated disaster.
Spurs doing all they can to offset Bonners suckiness. Bonner making it harder to win this game.
Bonner is working out great this game. I'm glad his threes are finally falling.
Yes. I agree. He is causing huge matchup problems for the Grizz.
BTW, I'm sure I could look it up but how ing tall is Gasoline?? He looks 3 or 4 inches taller than Duncan when standing next to him. F'ing NBA conspiring against the Spurs
