    If Spurs win it's Duncan.

    If Pistons win it's a toss-up. Rip will probably be the leading scorer so he'd probably get it by default (plus the fact that Chauncy got it last year).

    If Spurs are going to win Duncan will have to play like he has in 99 finals and 03 finals, if he does not Spurs will probably lose and if he does they should win and he will easily be the mvp.
