Tim Duncan top center in West!

Manu Ginobili 2nd to only Bryant in the West! (by the way he beat out Bryant last year in PER - http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/holli...west/year/2010)

*Sitting 15th in PER at PF in the West and has outplayed Blair the last month on both sides of the ball (when he got the chance ) is our bench caddy, Mr. Tiago Splitter, for all the haters - meanwhile, Bonner and Dice sit below the NBA average of 15 and get the time re Pop????http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/holli...pf/league/west

Also Spurs one of only two team in NBA (LAL has Bryant, Bynum and Gasol) with three in the (Parker as well) top 30 and three in top 20 in West!

PER is not perfect and does not evaluate defense that well [but the fact is Spurs still relatively stacked but definetively are not playing their top talent and it is sublime that the 2nd best big defender rides the pine . ... but maybe the Spurs are still strong enough?]

Hopefully, TD and Manu (with Parker truly stepping up a few times please!) can carry the Spurs until Pop sees the light or to be honest - the end is probably and sadly coming sooner than it should.

Pop is not going to play Splitter until next season. We all need to just accept this already.

Even knowing this, I was stunned that Pop went to a lineup with Bonner at center, on the offensive end, when Duncan fouled out. Splitter would've at least gave the team an opportunity for a key offensive rebound on that next-to-last offensive possession.

That further underscored the fact the Pop is not going to play Splitter - regardless of situation.
