Does anyone know how or a site that will track down a cell phone?Or give the owners info?Here's the situation.My sister has been getting phone calls from the same number from the past couple of days.Early in the morning or late at night.All they do is call and stay on the line silent.She doesn't answer the calls anymore,but now whoever it is is leaving real faint whispers on her voicemail.Nothing aggressive,just things like " o" or "goodbye".She has the number,but that's it.Anyone have any ideas?

The serious answer is that there are sites that will sell you whatever info that's out there, for a small cost.
Of course some Google searching might prove useful.
Why would you not block it?
Put the number on 4chan for gods sake... let them work it.
Just put the number on google and see what comes up
Is this a smart phone? Apps in the market that you can dl (#blockers) and assign a number and the phone will automatically just block it. No ring no voice mail.

I had a number call me 3-4 times in a row a few weeks back. I called them back, but got a Pocket voice mail in Spanish. I left them a message, in Spanish saying they got the wrong number and to stop calling me. They kept calling, so I blocked them. No more calls.

Just found out who it was.Turns out it was one her co workers from her previous job.
