Music and games mainly.
more and more people are shopping online. its easier to compare products and also compare prices...have most of yall made the switch to online shopping rather than going to a store and buying goods?
things that i prefer to buy online vs the store:
video games
books
phone accessories
Music and games mainly.
It really depends on price, but I always check online including shipping... It also depends on how quickly I want it.
I rarely go to regular stores except for food/groceries. Guns, electronics, household items, etc. all online. Heck, I even bought some plumbing parts (replacement for flapper valves on toilets) last week online.
Anything but grocery items. I take advantage of my Prime membership on Amazon.
Depending on how fast I want it, anything associated with my 360, movies, cables and what not.
As for hardware stuff, Lowe's is just down the street and being that I'm a guy, it's so much fun to just window shop at Lowe's. I'd imagine that this is how most women feel in a clothing store.
I'd buy pretty much anything online that's cheaper and has little to no shipping charges. Companies bend over customers with shipping. I'm actually pretty surprised that incentive is still offered. Amazon is my one stop shop for almost everything I do online.
I've actually seen items where the shipping was just as much as the item. that.
video games mostly, amazons 2 day shipping + money back usually
Well there are minimums in place so I wouldn't be ordering a pack of toilet paper online. As long as your subtotal is about $30-$40 then you should be ok. I wouldn't pay shipping for anything above $75 bucks.

Electronic media - games, DVD's, music. That's about it. Part of it is that I usually stick to buying older stuff. Just saves time and money and it's stuff that's cheap enough that on the rare occasion where I've gotten something that didn't work right I'm out all of $20, if that much. Don't know that I'd go much bigger than that though. You name it (vehicles, electronics, appliances) and I've met someone whose been burned on a deal they set up on-line.
Chicks
Musical instruments, gear, accessories,etc...
Usually find some good stuff on Evilbay and usually buy from out of state due to no TAXES and free shipping.
OP, I'm shocked you say video games. My main reason I don't do those online is the savings are not really worth the wait and typically the shipping cost negates what you save on the orginial price. I do though get any type of retro gaming online (Atari, NES, SNES.. ect...). That's pretty much because it is just easier to find online.
To answer the question though I would say concert tickets and Flowers. Flowers are a big one.. I can't think of the last time I went to the store to get flowers for someone.
I wanted to get a book about flies, but I don't have $23 million lying around. And the ers still want to charge for shipping. If I'm s ing out $23 mil, you better give me free shipping.

Small electronics mainly.
Porn of course ...I wasn't around pre-internet for porn so I don't know what its like to walk into a adult video store and buy a porn vhs/dvd. Shades and trench coat I assume?
Everything.
This. It's so nice.Anything but grocery items. I take advantage of my Prime membership on Amazon.
Gunbroker FTW! Just got an ed brown kobra carry 1911.
gunbroker rocks. Just got an original three screw, unconverted Ruger single six in mint condition last week cheap. Love that clik-clik-clik-clik sound when it s.
That's the uniform for the unimaginative or the ashamed. I go dressed as a priest and with my head held high. When I walk into the Megaplexxx everyone greets me all at once, like Norm on Cheers. "PADRE!"
The very first time I walked in a Porn section of a video store, I interrupted one of the clerks getting head from a fat chick. Suffice to say, I never went back to that porn section. It hurted my eyes and soul to see that girl gobble it up like it were a hotdog on a stick.
