My apologies if it's already common knowledge, but the first I heard of it was a casual mention at http://www.mysanantonio.com/sports/b...2f11123df.html this morning:Congratulations to them!Baby on board: Spurs guard Manu Ginobili said he was flattered to hear that a local couple, Renee San Miguel and Jorge Ramirez, named their newborn son Ginobili.
"That's what happens whenever your team is so important in the community," Ginobili said.
He said he's pretty sure he's not the only Spurs player to be so honored.
"(The attention) is just because my name is so particular," Ginobili said. "I bet there are many Duncans and Robinsons out there."
Ginobili said he planned to talk to expectant parents Tim and Amy Duncan about naming their child after him.
"Ginobili Duncan," he said. "That sounds good."

Sounds like they need to build a nursery beside the practice center. Of course, it won't be like the spectacle Seattle had when Kemp was there. The Shawn Kemp Jr. Center was able to house 350 kids. And also the kids from the rest of the guys on the team other than Kemp.
