Gasol couldn't win a single playoff game till Kobe took him in.
What a pathetic display, tbh..
Gasol single-handedly changed Kobe's legacy..that trade is the only reason Kobe's even in the discussion for anything..before Gasol came along, Kobe was literally asking for trades, ting on the entire organization, begging for an out..
Pau was statistically, the most important Laker for both of their les..one of the few players in NBA history, to have better advanced statistics than the "best" player on the team, for multiple les..whether you buy into advanced stats or not is irrelevant, in this case..
They played him 40 minutes per game during the last 2 playoffs, ran him into the ground, he had to carry their frontcourt, because Bynum's ass has done virtually nothing during their 3 Finals runs..
Now, after 1 bad playoff run, they have all turned on him, forgotten everything he did..he's the scapegoat, as usual..he never even got credit for his contributions to the 2 les, while they're riding Bynum, a guy that has done virtually nothing, throughout his career..
What a pathetic fanbase, and the media makes it worse..
Gasol couldn't win a single playoff game till Kobe took him in.
And he is an attention to boot.
HH, shouldn't you be in the Think Tank?![]()
The media talks to casual fans, aka Laker bandwagoners. Basketball fans know the truth about the Silver Spoon.
It's a damn shame. Pau has always bailed out Kobe while Kobe gets all the respect. Kobe went a whopping 6-24 in Game 7 of last year's finals.
But because he had such a great supporting cast they were able to pull it out. Pau had 19 pts, 18 rebs, 4 assists, 2 blocks, +7 in that Game 7. Kobe went 6-24. 6 of 24 folks, 6 of 24...

The average Laker fan is honestly re ed.
Kobe could never do without a legit bigman.
It's a ing fact, really.

Most pathetic fanbase in sports. Booing their own team at home when that may be the last time they see their defending champs just disgusts me. What a bunch of bandwagoners and front runners. Truly the worst fan-base in the NBA.
