SAN ANTONIO -- A former San Antonio television news anchor was arrested and charged with prescription fraud.
Karen Gallagher is accused of stealing a bottle of painkillers from a woman's home. According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the woman discovered a bottle of hydrocodone missing from her medicine cabinet after she held a party at her home and reported it to police. Gallagher was one of her guests. A few days later, the woman received a call from her pharmacy notifying her that her refill was ready. Police said Gallagher was caught on surveillance video picking up the prescription refill.

I remember her and Bob Salter holding it down on KSAT. Wonder if the judge recall that at the trial. "Your sentence starts............................................ ....................................right now."
I was expecting this to be about that Vanessa chick and all the guys here would be overcome with grief. But I don't know if she was ever an anchor.
Why are people so ugly not on TV.
