I don't mind it, although the refs obviously "assume" a lot, in regards to the swing through..a lot of premeditated whistles..

I agree and have been saying it for a long time. It's not a shot attempt at all. Proponents will say the defender has to know to not foul a jump shooter, and that, out that far, there's no need to be that close to the shooter with arms horizontal to the floor instead of vertical.

It's worked for Tim Duncan so i don't mind it that much . It's still contact, but they have to determine whether or not the contact is severe enough to REALLY hinder a guy getting his shot off imo.

the jumping into another player is weak enough but the "rip move" is taking it to a whole nother level imo

Duncan never used it as much as pizzaface does, nor does he do it at the three point line. I tried to root for durant, but he's so boring to watch, all he does is chuck and shoot free throws.
