I noticed that, too. Pretty weird that the Mavs/Thunder series started two days after the Bulls/Heat series yet if both went 7 games, the Mavs/Thunder series would end before the Bulls/Heat series.
was glancing at the schedule for the east and west conference finals, and it looks like the east get a few breaks in between games 1 and 2 and 2 and 3, while the west gets no extra days off in between. anyone with ideas?

$tern has to make sure LeHype & DWhistle get their rest
I'm guessing it's because ECF started the Day the MEM/OKC series ended. They space it out to give the WCF time to catch up. Blame Westbrook and his boys for the hold up.
I enjoyed the lengthy delays the past two years. It was nice not having to worry on an every-other-day basis.
I wish it were the past two years.
The travel time between OKC and DAL is significantly less than it is between MIA and CHI.
Just a thought. No idea if that'd really have anything to do w/ it.

You should be enjoying the lengthiest delay you've had for the past 3 years. Pick up a fishing pole Sep. Notice, I typed FISHING.![]()
The problems with the East are due to scheduling of the arenas IIRC..Stern dropped the ball on this one..
