Well, if they were just "made up", then they seem to be really good at doing so because those numbers don't look completely arbitrary to me at all. The high turnout of Hispanics is consistent with San Antonio's overwhelmingly large Hispanic population, and the large chunk of African Americans and males accounts for the fact that this site is about a basketball team.

That was the exact wording used in the site. Estimated due to a small sample size isn't the same as made up, which would imply that the data is completely arbitrary and unreliable. Though estimated does imply that the stats aren't completely accurate, that doesn't exactly mean it should be discarded right off the bat, only that it should be taken with a grain of salt.
