At least he knows how to flop. Big Ben looked like an idiot trying to flop his 500 pounds ass to the floor last night.

Check this post out from a few weeks ago.. Pretty funny.

This article was written by some dip in Phoenix. I want to personally send this guy a photo of Manu holding the trophy when all is said and done.

The Life and Times of Manu Ginobili

Yesterday, we received an email from one of our readers - a Suns fan through and through - about Manu Ginobili. He had us laughing hard enough that we wanted to share his thoughts with the rest of Dime’s readers...

As a Phoenix fan watching the Suns-Spurs series, I have had the opportunity to observe Manu Ginobili up close and personal. Or, as I like to call him, “Vlade Part II.” I have come to the realization being Manu Ginobili must be very hard indeed. I would imagine his day starts out something like this:
He wakes up each morning and heads to the bathroom for his shower. He turns the water on but the rush of steam knocks him to the floor. He dries himself off and goes downstairs for some breakfast, but the air conditioning turns on and the draft knocks him to the floor. He picks himself up again, but the floor was dusty and that causes him to sneeze, which of course knocks him back to the floor. As he falls to the floor, waving his arms wildly, he yells out, "Where’s the foul?" But only his dog, Vlade, hears his cries and rushes over to lick his face. But the force of the lick knocks Ginobili back to the floor.

It is truly a miracle this guy can play basketball.

But I will say that watching Ginobili play basketball has given me some great ideas for renaming everyday things. For example:

The next time I jump off a diving board and land on my stomach, I will refer to it as a "Belly-Ginobili.” Whenever I put on sandals, I will now call them "Flip-Ginobilis.” The next time I go golfing and need to hit one high and soft, ala Phil Mickelson, I’ll call it a "Ginobili-Shot.” The first three cards laid out in Texas Hold’Em will henceforth be known as "The Ginobili.” I will be reminded of basketball the next time a politician "Flip-Ginobilis" on an issue. And the next time I see a movie that cost $300 million to make but was horrible, I will refer to it simply, but accurately, as "The Ginobili of the Year".

Finally, allow me to apologize to Mr. Manu. You see, the wind created from my typing this diatribe has most likely had enough force to knock Ginobili to the ground once more, wherever he may be right now…

Hey give Ben props for his first flop of the game, the one where Duncan did nothin, yet he made it look like Timmy threw him to the floor. I gotta admit, that one was very believable.

But yeah, after the season maybe Ben can have Manu give him some pointers. It looks stupid when a 6'9" 255lb DPOY falls to the floor after being gently nudged by a guy 2 times smaller then him.

Ben had about 6 flops last night. If he could get off the floor, mebbe he could start playing some Defense.

Ain't America great...to have internet access at Phoenix fans fishing holes?

Well Ben is about 6'9" 255
    Manu is only 6'5" 200

Or is Manu bigger then that? I could be wrong.

Oh and BTW, I was exagerating a lil.

But still, if he just spent 7 games gaurding Shaq, youd think lil Manu wouldnt cause him to crash to the floor like he did.

Yeah and the finals suck because it's SA vs DET, get a life and think of something original.

It was a bit of an acting job on both sides. Manu definitely overexagerated but Ben Wallace looking like the leader of the Orcs from Lord of The Rings falling to the ground by a skinny white guy was a bit much. Should have been a no call.

Thats the problem when you flop, sometimes you get the call, sometimes you dont. Take it from Manu. He has had some "flops" not called his way. Its part of the game.

    May the best flopper win!

Just making an observation.. I won't say anything bad about the win.
Just want to know if I'm going to need to bring some flour and tarter sauce to the Palace for Manu..

Looks like he's known for that and the fans are sick of hearing about it. Glad to know I wasn't off base. Has he been called Shamoo before? If so, I appologize. But, the truth is still the truth. Back to your prarie dog shooting you go...
