i had some pizza.
Grilled the wife and I some fresh red fish on the half s that was basted with fresh squeezed lime/wasabi paste/white pepper/salt/white wine worcestershire sauce and had some steamed broccoli with drawn garlic butter and chilled avacado on the side.
I'm full and need a nap...

We had some damn good sushi at Tokoyo Inn on Hilderbrand.
"Half S " is a term for a filet with the skin left on one side. You cook the fish skin down and scoop the meat from it when it has cooked.

Big ass fish, the guy had a grill on the boat, cut it up and gutted it, had these es, damn that was the best fish Ive EVER had.

I'm having a late breakfast of sausage, potatoes, eggs, onions, bell peppers and "Bam!" a shot of essence to kick it up a notch.
Not fancy but a great way to start my day of mowing the lawn.

Nah, I love the Gen Joes, and the Chicken fried rice.
And for tonight:
Fish Tacos
4 servings/ 8 tacos
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup orange juice
2 ounces tequila
1/2 teaspoon ground in
1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
1 pound fresh fish fillets
1/4 cup red onion, diced
8 medium flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup jack cheese, grated
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup fresh tomato, diced
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and discard marinade. Cook fish either on barbecue, in skillet or under broiler. Break cooked fish apart into small chunks. Place an equal portion of fish into each tortilla. Top with remaining ingredients.
