Grilled the wife and I some fresh red fish on the half s that was basted with fresh squeezed lime/wasabi paste/white pepper/salt/white wine worcestershire sauce and had some steamed broccoli with drawn garlic butter and chilled avacado on the side.

I'm full and need a nap...

"Half S " is a term for a filet with the skin left on one side. You cook the fish skin down and scoop the meat from it when it has cooked.

I'm having a late breakfast of sausage, potatoes, eggs, onions, bell peppers and "Bam!" a shot of essence to kick it up a notch.
Not fancy but a great way to start my day of mowing the lawn.
