Austin is highly overrated when it comes to women. There are good looking women here, but the diversity sucks.
Houston or Dallas overall. For latinas? That's a good question, I would say Houston though.

san antonio has some of the hottest, ,but they can't outweigh (pun intended) all the fat slobs there. after spending some time in Houston, i'd say it's the best overall for latinas. but i agree with the austin mentions, the best of all worlds here.
If you wanna see the best SA has to offer, just go to La Cantera and all those other places on I-10
