One of my uncles always talks about those 10 cent beer nights, we need to have one more for old times sake.
shh! Detroit might read this and steal the idea, and you know what drunk detroit fans do to visiting teams.
When Larry left, we had tickets in the first row of the Arena's upper level right over the visitors bench. He came back to coach against the Spurs and we ragged his ass for the whole game.
Those days in the old arena were great.

Why not throw avocados at this man?
Larry Brown is now the conservative, "straight-laced" coach of the NBA Detroit Pistons... But back in his 1970's ABA coaching days, Brown was known around the league as the "Modfather..." He was very fond of wearing Oshkosh B'Gosh farmers' overalls to games and press conferences. And check out Brown yelling at the refs in his groovy rainbow sweater!
