big deal. NBA scoring leader vs who?
tbh that just indicts Durant even further. this game proves he can still take over for his team despite the presence of a wildass streetballer.
They had to work. It was done on a Monday.
I liked his Drew League dunk better:

He's just shooting jumpers with nobody guarding him in the clip above.
thats like me going to play against middle schoolers.. no big deal.
Right... (wink)
What a brilliant off season workout plan. Play against a bunch of Rucker Park gorillas so you can get out of position on defense but swipe at the ball and use your length to cause turnovers because you're guarding a ball handler. That's gonna make him a much better NBA defender.
idk y this guy has this humble, non narcissistic, wna be away from the spotlight image
if that was kobe people would be calling him out for chucking and not letting anybody else touch the ball during that clip
Finally, a basketball conversation.
You guys are too hard on people IMHO. Not every second is going to be spent on "improving your game" and sometimes it's cool just to ball out and have fun. Rucker is a place to just be a baller and put on a display, which he did. It's something people will talk about watching even if it doesn't mean anything.
But you gotta admit that the announcer was being a . Also, the le of the video "66 pts" as if it's a major accomplishment.
Also, this is an NBA forum, so if someone like, oh... Lebron were to do that and someone posted here like it was unreal, people would scoff.
Of course KD killed. He's a bad mother er, but come on.
Have you ever watched And 1? All the announcers are like that. I get it may not appeal to you but that was the environment they wanted and always is. Plenty of nba guys play in games like that and don't drop 66 points. It wasn't something to put on your official resume but it was a legendary street ball moment at a classic street ball place.
If he scored 66 against Dallas, I would have been impressed.
