outside of the looney's who live in Utah, its actually a very beautiful state. Cleveland and San Antonio are by far the worst NBA cities to have an All Star game though. both are very boring and dirty cities.

Speaking from personal experience, Detroit is way worse than Cleveland... and LA might sell some games out but they have the worst fans in the NBA. That arena never gets loud.

Detroit is worse than SA or Cleveland. Detroit is a hole. Neighborhoods filled with burned out houses and some houses selling for $1.

Yeah New Orleans is the city I think of when I think of good clean family-friendly cities. Dude it smells like piss and vomit all the time. Well that's because people are pissing and puking right on the sidewalk.
Never forget it...saw a girl/younger woman taking a dump right off canal st. I should of asked her if N.O. would be a good all-star game city....
