A motorized beer cooler, bought on the internet, and assembled at home by an Australian, not that there is anything wrong with being Australian, heh.

The guy puts it together, uses it for it orginal purpose, then after consuming a few beers tries to drive it somewhere, and SURPRISE! gets pulled over.
