We aren't exactly expecting National Championship here...Gilbert is actually showing a lot of accuracy in deep passes. Looking better than I thought, tbh...like I said, Jaxon Shipley, true Freshman...gonna be a monster.

First play...fumble on an attempted handoff to Brown. Didn't look like McCoy was holding it firm enough.
34-9 Final score...new offensive scheme started out a little shaky but picked it up in the second half. Looked good.

I'm sure it was. They'll get it everywhere soon..ESPN won't have it any other way. Then we'll all be happier. UTSA and UT football will be on television. Great game for the Runners today, by the way.
Just got back from the game. My thoughts:
First of all that picture is real, the mobs' show was pretty funny. They made jokes about a&m, the $ec, and rick perry.
I'm not too happy about the defense. Sure 9 points is good, but I didn't see any pressure on the qb, something which Diaz's defense was supposed to show.
Jaxon is a stud. Malcolm too.
Gilbert....was fine, except for that terrible toss. We boo'd him pretty bad after that, and he deserved it for such a dumb move. He is also still throwing the ball too low, people can't catch the ball with their feet (except maybe shipley).
Our running game is looking good.
First half was terrible, we can't afford to play like that against BYU.
That's it for now, i'm tired.

They seemed to pull it together in the second half. I think the offense is fine, but the defense is very suspect right now. We'll know a lot more after the BYU game.
