No, it's just his common sense half knowing what's best for the team. Everyone knows that a n!gger quarterback is not the answer. In college, you get the occasional exception (VY, Cam) because there's not as many great athletes like the NFL, but to win a championship you need to have a quarterback who can make smart decisions with the game on the line and it's a well known fact that the black man isn't capable of handling those responsibilities.
