my nikka...I mean why should he take the 6.7 they're trying to offer...I mean this is Kobe ing Bryant....
It also sends a message to the NBA that he's an opportunist. He's not doing to the NBA what he wouldn't do to anyone else.
BTW I wonder how much Duncan is worth on the open market...the Spurs are literally getting ed with that contract...and no one not even international teams will bail them out...

Kobe Bryant is seeking a contract worth approximately $15 million annually from Virtus Bologna.
The Italian club had been offering a contract worth approximately $6.7 million.

Why didn't he take the $50M China was offering?
Because he cound't take them. China wanted only commited players on their league, no "I play till lockout is over" types.
