    I remember this guy being a guaranteed monster coming out of college, but so far hasn't done anything in the NFL. Anyone know what his deal is?

    Sometimes players need a specific scheme, or a certain kind of talent around them to be maximized. Smart move by the Raiders to acquire a high-end prospect for next to nothing. If he even becomes decent he's worth it for the depth added for that price.

    I really don't expect anything out of him. NFL isn't a plug and play league.

    I wish Thomas Howard was back, though. I hear he is doing great this year.
