Academy goes above and beyond what the gov't requires, in terms of paperwork and red tape... at least in my experiences in san antonio. I won't buy any more guns from there.
Forget a couple guns recovered at Cartel crime scenes from fast and furious...what about the thousands of guns which are flowing to cartel hands from gun dealers in the U.S., especially Texas
...if the right really cares about illegal guns in the hands of cartels so much why aren't they up in arms about this?
Arming Mexico's drug cartels
Washington PostTexas has produced more guns seized in Mexico than any other state, and Houston is the focal point of gun-running operations to the border, federal authorities said. A year-long investigation by The Washington Post for the first time reveals the top 12 stores that sold guns traced to Mexican crime scenes.
In the past four years, Mexican and U.S. authorities have traced more than 60,000 weapons from the nation's bloody drug wars back to some of the 7,500 U.S. gun dealers along the border. The dealers with the most traces in the past two years are in Texas, Arizona and California and are near highways that cross the border and go deep into Mexico.

hmmm... Texas happens to be the border state to Mexico, AND it's the #1 gun supplier to the Mexican Cartel?! Pure coincidence??? I think not!
