Depends if you need a manager or a playmaker.

Eli generally does a good job of managing a game, taking care of the ball, but his lack of consistent playmaking ability puts pressure on the defense and run game.

Ben can make big plays, and create something out of nothing, but sucks ass at managing games, and is as bad as anyone when it comes to singlehandedly giving games away.
