The news here in LA last night said the city stands to lose a little over $250M with a cancelled season.
Thread Fail
I think its safe to say that all NBA cities are going to lose a lot of money with no NBA season.![]()
This sucks for everyone, the owners and players need to stop and look at the bigger picture here.
Players should offer 'em a reversed 47-53 BRI and everything else is left untouched for 12 years, no opt out.
Then we'll see where the bear s in the buckwheat.
The players should have taken the 50-50 split. It's only going to get worse.
So when does LeBron get foreclosed on after blowing all that money on his Tony Montana house?
They did, lol. The owners baited and switched, as expected.
lol this reminds me of what happened down here last month when the monopoly airliner down here held the country hostage by grounding all its fleet due to CBA with its workforce/unions....lol 1b hit to the countrys tourism...govt force them to get back into operations, but negotiations are still pending...lol...rest of t he country doesnt care since they already boycotted using the service, but ppl will always come back
This will make people hate Lecrab and Dwhistle even more.
This is Miami. Nobody will give a as long as the cocaine supply is healthy.
Tony Montana can make that in 1 day
The business will lose money, but the consumers will get to keep the money to spend elsewhere, so someone in the city will likely get money that would have gone elsewhere. It's fuzzy math.
