When looking at the list you forget sometimes in the European prospects that the Spurs have drafted and or acquired in trades that are stashed.
The 2 main compe ions played by teams in Europe are a domestic league and an European league.
Domestic league games are usually played at the end of the week. Levels of the compe ion depends on the country.
European leagues games are played in the middle of the week. Some teams aren't qualified for these leagues. There are 3 levels of European leagues. Euroleague is the best level followed by the Eurocup and the Eurochallenge.

Can you keep us updated on when splitter plays? I would like to somehow watch his games with him and de colo.
Eurocup schedule
Spanish league schedule
To get ET from CET, remove 6 hours. If you live in SA, remove 7 hours.
Parker is playing pretty good so far. Sad to see that ASVEL is not in Euroleague.
And from the rest of this guys only Lorbek is an NBA material, I would even say that he's a better player than Tiago.
Saw a game against Valencia, played really great.
What i hate about this lockout is how out of whack the entire euro club scene is because of it. You have superstars in crappy clubs who broke the bank to get them (which can go back to being crappy the moment lockout ends). Plus small budget teams are completely ed.
Week-end results:
ASVEL vs. Chalon: W 86-63
Parker: 20pts, 8asts, 5rbds, 23eff in 32min
Valencia @ Murcia: W 86-83 (OT)
Splitter: 12pts, 10rbds, 22eff in 28min
De Colo: 13pts, 5asts, 12eff in 36min
Union Olimpija @ Maccabi: L 66-67
Green: 10pts, 6rbds, 7asts, 16eff in 33min
Bertans: 10pts, 5rbds, 12eff in 19min
Barcelona vs/ Valladolid: W 77-67
Lorbek: 17pts, 5rbds, 21eff in 28min
Manresa vs. Zaragoza: L 74-81
Hanga: 4pts, 4asts, 3blks, 11eff in 21min
Lugano vs. Genova: W 91-85
Richards: 13 pts
Parker won't play Tuesday the Eurocup game against Sofia because of a right shoulder injury. He should be back next Saturday for the French league game.
That n1gga Lorbek tearing it up in Euroleague and Spanish league. Clearly the best player of Barcelona this year. But the Spurs have ginger wonder Bonner playing his position so he won't come over...
bruno, when do you think the spurs bring De Colo , Richard and Bertan over?
Richards and Bertans are very young players who are far away of having the NBA level. They won't play for Spurs before years However, depending on what new rules about the D-League will be in the new CBA, Richards could soon play with the Toros in Austin.
De Colo will be a free agent next summer. If he wants to be signed by Spurs, he will need to have a very good season with Valencia. He is a NBA talent but he lacks of consistency. Spurs' choice will also depend on how well their guards will play this year (if there is a season).
thank you bruno. it looks like lorbek is coming next year and he is having a good season so far.
Lorbek is so far the best player in Barcelona which is probably the best club in Europe. His only problem is rebounding, other than that he's a perfect fit for the Spurs.
I was happy to see Splitter play. He was pretty good and he already knows the Spanish league so he will be OK in Valencia.
Bertans still needs time, one game he scores 10 points and the next 5 games he won't score at all. He's still young so no rush.
Green is playing hot/cold. I think Europe rules effect his game a lot.
Da'Sean Butler is in Latvia for a 2 weeks tryout with VEF Riga. He wwill play his first game Friday.

I got the impression that Richards was not doing well. Is that wrong?
inconsistency can be improve, remember parker early seasons with the spurs...
He's doing well statistically, but in a really ty league. He should have stayed with Gran Canaria.

TP has injured his shoulder, won't play today. Apparently not too serios, though.
9 turnovers last week
ty greek team 4th in their group
can't get anywhere without Teodosic
Vassal Spaniels was never a Spurs player, never had the chance to become one and never will be. and there is a reason. it would have been a disgrace to see him in black and white. luckily FO realized that in time and waived him before camp. that guy would have been to the Spurs what Greece is for the EU.
I'm on your ignorer list re .
I'd welcome Spanoulis as most here would if he played up to his ability and we won post season games...
Thanks Bruno![]()
Great stuff as usual bruno, thanks
European league games of this week:
Valencia vs. Ostende: W 75-62
Splitter: 15pts (6/6FG, 3/4FT), 3rbds, 16eff in 21min
De Colo: 11pts, 8 fouls drawn, 15eff in 34min
Union Olimpija @ Barcelona: L 46-72
Green: 10pts, 5rbds, 9eff in 20min
Bertans: 0pts, 1eff in 17min
Lorbek: 4pts, 7rbds, 8eff in 21min
I've watched the game at Barcelona, some thoughts:
- It was a blowout and the whole last quarter was garbage time.
- Lorbek was quiet offensively. Barcelona didn't need him to score and he was doubled in the post. He had a couple of nice moves to remind people how skilled he was.
- Green started really well with some nice drives and some off the dribble mid-range jumper. After that, his whole team decided that their only system was to put the ball in Green's hand and let him do the work. Green logically failed at that. Defensively, I've found him bad with some mistakes done.
- Aside of a great block on Vasquez, Bertans did nothing on the court in 17 minutes. He fired and missed a couple of shots from way behind the 3 point line. He is definitely a crazy shooter. He played SF and PF and runs well the court. I'm also a little concerned with his knees: he had a knee injury last summer and wears knee pads.
