Draft Express proposes on Twitter the theory that without the backing of a CBA, the NBA could not exclude HS seniors from the draft next summer if there is no lockout end by then.

Would that be a draft for the ages, or what? Last year's one and dones that stayed, this year's one and dones, and the cream of this years HS seniors. OTOH, the draft would suck for two or three years afterwards. If you were a one and done this year with any talent, you might want to stay a year to be the top overall pick in 2013.

There would still be a draft without a CBA?

I'm sure the owners think so.
