I don't believe there is an official Olympics MVP, is there?
If Manu re-establishes his dominance in the Finals and leads the Spurs to the championship, he can achieve what I believe, no player in the history of basketball has done before.
To my knowledge, nobody has won the European Finals MVP(Kinder Bologna), the Olympic gold winning Argentenian MVP and the NBA Finals MVP.
Am I right?
I don't believe there is an official Olympics MVP, is there?
How is his thigh/knee? Will it affect him significantly tonight?
He was the MVP according to all accounts.
DRob was the MVP in 96.
True.
this thing is not gift rapped yet!
There isn't, but his teammates called him their MVP and others dubbed him the "unofficial" MVP.
He says it is fine.
We will see.
It probably needs treatment....Spurschick, get on a plane. How is his thigh/knee?![]()
Question from an ignorant fan (myself)?
NBA finals MVP is awarded based only on the players performance in the Finals or it takes into consideration how the player did in the entire playoffs?
based on the Finals series alone, not the entire playoffs.
the MVP, just win the game, ... win the series.
If he gets it this year would it be the first time a player from the losing team got the mvp or has it happened before?
Last time I checked we are still up 2-1.
Ask Jerry West....
Be sure to check again in a few hours.![]()
And even then the Pistons will not be winning.![]()
