I tried it. Didn't think it was worth it. I don't have time to always play though. Now that redbox has rentals, when I do its easy to pick something up and pay less in the long run.

A couple of things:
1) You will rarely get the games on the top of your queue.
2) If you have a ton of games that you've been meaning to play, I find this service to be great for that. But make sure the games have been out for a while because getting new releases through this service is near damn impossible.
3) Make sure you have a ton of time to play those games otherwise that's how they get you. I'm sure Gamefly gets the majority of their money from people having active accounts while holding on to games for months.
As far as shipping and all that is concerned, I've never had a problem with it and thought it was fast. I think they have a shipping center in Austin so that explains that.
I don't want to wait for new releases, but last time I was at gamefly.com, they had decent prices for used games.
