I think Manu just came up with a nick for the rookie...
He called him Cow Eye![]()
lol rj gushing over the attention
your right u are a spur right now
Spurs implementing new incentive packages customized for to players needs.
Sean Marks? Is he "coaching"?
Don't want him back, but credit to RJ for going in front of the media and handling the questions with some good humor.
I can't see how J. Howard would be better than RJ. At least RJ would have enough character to step aside and let Leonard bloom. Howard would only teach Cow-eye how to smoke a joint![]()
You can tell Pop was in a great mood... Until they asked him about RJ...
noticed that also. Is he a coaching intern?
lol dude all up in pops backside

Marks is here in a coaching/internship role. Not as a free-agent addition. For those of you freaking out.
I love Duncan's body language.
He really wants to play it seems.
I see Tim and I'm like god damn this dude a ing bad ass, truly the greatest power forward of all time.
Great interviews; as for RJ he is handling the situation pretty well. The guy is a good guy and Im pretty sure he would love to prove to the Spurs (again) that he is worth all the money they are paying him. Im no expert on the financial side of the Spurs (like some here) but RJ is a pretty darn decent player, a good guy and Id rather have him than most of those lockerroom cancer types that are still available. As a Rangers fan, they had a sortof similar situation with Mike Young and it turned out he had a of a season. One other thing, since this is a short season and add to that all the moves many other teams are making, the Spurs may/may have an advantage of sorts because the core has been together so long.
