They were sniffin' at Murphy upstairs mighty heavy.
^Just checkin' assholes.
Your sig is somehow not finished...
They were sniffin' at ANYONE over 6'7" upstairs. And all the Spurs have to show for their efforts is a broken down TJ Ford.
But at least we didn't trade our 3rd leading scorer for a 2nd rnd draft pick and piss off our 2nd leading scorer w/ a botched trade.
Did I mention how Kobe feels about the whole debacle? Or the pending divorce?
Lakerland is spiraling out of control!
It's about spacing for KGB. All 3 will be on the block. Need some knockdown shooters to exploit those mismatches in the post.
We had no reliable shooters last year. Kapono is a deadeye shooter. Murphy can shoot too. McRoberts is high energy (something the frontline needs).
These additions fit and they are on short deals. Given Stern's restrictions, I will call these solid moves.
We could of done much worse, but now our team photo will look like 2010 Duke, or the 1988 Utah Jazz ...
So they could legitimately put those 5 out on the court at the same time as a line-up... jeebuz
Murphy looks a little like Alfred E. Neuman.
Troy Murphy's a solid pickup tbh. Annoying like Scalabrine and those other white stiffs, but actually has some skill
So ^these^ are the "big deals" that Kupchak was speaking about in the aftermath of jettisoning Odom?
What would he look like if you folded him three times?
Any chance the Lakers beat the Mavs this year with these additions? They got shooters in place now.
But they cannot stop Dirk. It's not like it was a close series.
Dirk is a year older and Mike Brown's defensive a en will surely make defensive minded players like Ron Artest and Matt Barnes even better. Didn't Matt Barnes guarded Dirk with success during the Mavs-GSW series? Not to mention Josh McRoberts whose known as Rodman lite when he was in Indiana last year.
