If Dice were going to play this year, he certainly would have joined the team in time for tonight's game. He will be cut for the half salary savings, either by the Spurs or whatever team he might be traded to. Fab has a chronic heart rhythm condition and is done as an NBA player.

I haven't seen anything, other than on this board, to even hint that they are talking to Oberto, and as I stated, the "talks" with Dice are a smokescreen to either a trade and release or an outright release. Neither of them will be on the team on opening day.
At this point, they would be welcome additions. Our front court is pathetic as it is right now, and say TD or Splitter goes down for some period of time this season (which is almost bound to happen), then we'll suddenly be relying as Bonner or Novak as a starting big. *shudders*
I wouldn't doubt it. Curious, what would it take to trade for Scola?
Well we need somebody...anybody.......I don't care if you have to go to Russia to get them but we need some big bodies.
Get rid of Blair he is just not going to make it and I would rather invest in someone who has a future.

Now that Memphis have lost Arthur and Battier and seem a lot weaker defensively on the wings, who is actually ahead of us in the West now? Lakers & Mavs have both taken a step back. We will get bigs eventually, even if it is neither of these 2.
I'll give it to Chuck, no one else betted. Thought that he'd actually come back given the state of our frontline.
