It's been speculated. Why would a Congressman feel the need to release a statement?

Calling up more Reservists doesn't strike me as being the kind of Military Plans that, if revealed, would be considered treason.
Maybe it's a non-issue. I'm in agreement with Nbadan, this has been in the news for a few months now.
It now appears it was just used to give Kerry a reason to start attacking Bush on Iraq...since he's been so effective in that area up to now.
